  • Are the hanging baskets compostable?
    Our basket of choice is manufactured by Western Pulp Products. It is made 100% of recycled paper and is designed to break down. Under certain conditions, like in a climate controlled greenhouse or covered patio, you can get several seasons of gardening out of your pot after which it can be added to your green bin, or composted at home. The basket does contain brass eyelets and a nylon hanger that is not compostable. Recycle these materials according to your local guidelines.
  • Does CLN offer gift certificates?
    Yes, CLN offers gift certificates to make selection easier. Baskets and cut flowers are perfect gifts on special days like Mother's Day, Birthdays and Anniversaries. Common concerns include : What if our loved one doesn't like what we picked? What if I have zero knowledge of gardening, and frankly find it either boring or intimidating? The simplest answer is, give them a gift certificate and let them do their own picking! Gift certificates are also handy if you live out of town ad can't visit the farm yourself. In our opinion, gift certificates don't say "I'm lazy". They say "I want to gift the joy of a beautiful bouquet or basket and the experience of visiting a local farm with some fabulous people likely to offer you all kinds of freebees, tea and snacks. It happens.
  • Does CLN deliver to my home or place of business?
    Yes, we offer a delivery service with a flat rate of $10.00. We deliver between the hours of 3:00PM and 6:00PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Delivery Friday, Saturday & Sunday between 9:00AM and 11:00AM. No deliveries on Tuesdays.
  • When can I place my order?
    CLN will start taking orders for Hanging Baskets by April 15th to ensure stock has thrived or arrived. We will do our best to have the website up to date with all the available products. To book a visit, use the button "Book a visit" on the home page.
  • Does CLN welcome on-site browsing of plants and baskets?
    At this time, we only take on-line orders. However, we are currently working hard to build road access to the green house site. We estimate on-site browsing of plants and baskets will be available by May 10, 2025 by appointment. Our goal is to have regular daily hours of operation by July 1/2025.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
